Problem solved.

I can't seem to figure out how to update the Html Table text once my table is bound to the Datatables plugin.

Turned out to be an incorrect usage of the "aaData" property. Quite simple, actually, but I lack the javascript/json experience to figure things out quickly...

Okay - solved it in iPad and desktop. Removed the above function.
