This is a patch release to primarily address a packaging error that caused a JS error with the styling integrations for Editor in 2.2.0.

• Editor styling integrations should return DataTables.Editor since in the UMD Editor doesn't exist.

• Fix: Update ReferenceAssemblies reference (.NET Framework)

• Fix: SearchBuilder server-side processing date "between" condition would cause a server error when the first date had been entered.
