Editor 2.2.2 release notes

A packaging error for the trial meant that 2.2.1 didn't have a very long shelf life! This release includes the 2.2.1 fixes and includes a mountain of linting work on the PHP libraries (huge thanks to Github user @mvorisek for the efforts here!).
