Select integration
The Select extension for DataTables provides a comprehensive set of options that allow the end user to select rows in a DataTable. This is exceptionally useful for CRUD tables, and for other actions, and support for row selection is fully integrated into CardView as well.
When CardView finds Select is active on a table, it will place a checkbox at the top right of each card (this is of course customisable via CSS) showing the selection state for that card, which is fully synchronised with the row selection and thus with the DataTables API and events.
In this example you will be able to see that if you select a row in table view, and switch to card view, the card is selected. Likewise, you can change the selection in card view and it will be reflected when switching back to the table.
It is worth nothing that CardView's select operation will add new cards to an existing selection with out any modifier keys (like the multi
option for select.style). If select.style is single, only a single card will be selected.
