Get Column Width (in pixels) (also using ColReorderWithResize.js )

Is there a way to get the width of a specific column in pixels?
I am using ColReorderWithResize.js to allow the user to resize the column and I want to show more text depending on how wide the column is.

I also need to re-render the column afterwards so it can go through mRender function again and display the value correctly.
