IE 11 empty select

IE 11 empty select

Hello,
You can see my code here. The <select> element gets populated correctly in FF and Chrome but in IE 11 it is empty. Is there a problem with appendTo()?

    Ok, i found error and it has nothing to do with DataTables. IE11 doesn't support startsWith() !!!
