sort by dom-checkbox problem

sorted is ok, but my data is dynamic loaded, so after sorted the checked is gone on ie 6, ie 8 is ok;
i guess it caused by redraw, my dynamic data reinitalise, so the checkbox not checked after sorted;
how should i fix that ?

oh, my god, found that when after paged the checked status is gone too, please help
