Description of problem:
Hello everyone,

First of all thank you very much for the continued support and this new 2.0.0 version !

I have an issue with the "_all" target in columnDefs. As seen in the test case, the selector is not applied properly in version 2.0.0 compared to version 1.13.10. I read the release notes and it did not seem that the functionality was removed intentionally.

PS: I use the download builder, maybe the issue is linked to that

    Yes, sorry. That's an issue that has been patched already and will be include in the 2.0.1 release which will be out tomorrow.
