Reverse the datable ( row headers)

I have a data table with

Name Type
Toyota - CSRC 3 Boolean Topic

I want to change it to
Name Toyota - CSRC 3
Type Boolean Topic

How can i set this?
Any help will be appreciated.

    NAME TYPE
    Toyota csrc

    (to)

    NAME toyota
    TYPE csrc
